SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Booking directly at Navona Charme Suite  sending an email to info@navonacharmesuite.com with the subject RESERVATION REQUEST, then we will send you a quote with all the exclusive conditions reserved for you and listed below:

• Discount of € 10 per night per room on the official refundable rate of Booking, Expedia, Hotels.com and other website (room only rate, no packages),
• 50% discount on the breakfast price for all your stay,
• Book our pick-up services to and from the airports of Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino, with discounted rate:

Fiumicino or Ciampino € 50.00 one way (max 3 people)

Fiumicino or Ciampino € 70.00 one way (from 4 to 6 people)

Increase of € 10.00 from 22:00 to 07:00.

You can choose 2 rates (naturally the non-refundable has a lower price than the refundable) with different cancellation policies:

REFUNDABLE RATE with flexible cancellation:

• 48h for reservations with check-in from 1/11 to 28/2
• 72h for reservations with check-in from 1/3 to 31/10

NON REFUNDABLE RATE (10% discount on the REFUNDABLE RATE) with 2 possible choices:

• the STANDARD RATE does not provide for any refund in case of cancellation or modification,
• the NEW NON-REFUNDABLE RATE with semi-flexible cancellation policy.

The non-refundable rate does not provide any refund, however with a supplement of € 20 - a sort of insurance - we allow you (for any reason) to "freeze" your booking by moving it to another period of the year. In this case, we will give you a voucher of the same amount as the original reservation, to be used within and not later than 8 months from the check-in date of the old reservation (in case the new dates you have chosen will present a higher price than the old booking, you will pay the difference at the check-in time).

If you wish to join the "semi-flexible non-refundable booking" program, you must communicate it in your confirmation together with all the data that will be required to complete the booking. In this case, together with the cost of the reservation, we will charge on your credit card the increase of € 20.

The cancellation / modification must be communicated to the hotel, exclusively by e-mail by writing to info@navonacharmesuite.com, no later than 5 days from the scheduled check-in date. The new reservation cannot differ from the old one in number of nights and room type.
